Of course, fitness training and nutrition are two peas in a pod for Liam Kirk. Liam keeps active by playing lacrosse and weight training at the gym. His own dedication to wellness is one that focuses on integrating a focus on fitness into his everyday life, rather than making training his primary focus. As a busy Finance Professional, it’s important to Kirk that he is able to keep up with a workout routine that doesn’t take up too much time, while still delivering effective results.
